I am the first person to have lived here so it is very modern and clean. Lovely building and security staff on site 24 hours a day. Available from August 17th possibly the 10th if needed. Rent is £712 per month and £712 deposit. Flat is unfurnished. You would be required to pay me cash from August 10th / 17th - September 1st then set up a direct debit to Network Homes who run the property and who your contract would be with. I love living here but have to leave London. They have agreed if I can find someone to take over the tenancy they will allow my notice period to be less hence why I am trying to get the flat filled. This would suit a single person or a couple. The rent is smart rent so 20% cheaper than other London rentals as part of the Mayor Of London Scheme. Local amenities include a supermarket / bakery etc and there is the option for one site parking which is an additional cost. I believe the criteria is that you must have full time employment and your monthly salary is 3.5 the rent and you must currently live and work in a London, please read the eligibility criteria on the brochure (google Big Blue Atrium Point as this is what Network Homes require).
