I have a double loft room with a single bed available for single occupancy with a fitted wardrobe offering extensive storage.
There is also a counter top fridge/freezer in the room.
Use of shared bathroom and kitchen (full cooking facilities, washing machine and dining).
I am a 2 minute walk to Greenford Broadway with easy access to Greenford station and its central line and British Rail.
I am looking for someone who works full time, humble, open, honest, respectful and genuinely looking for a home.
Also someone who is cat friendly.
I cannot accommodate anyone who requires working from home or very early shift hours.

Additionally would you kindly answer the following questions for me:
1. How long are you looking to stay?
2. When are you looking to move in, please provide a specific date?
3. Do you smoke?
4. Do you need to wfh?
5. Why are you moving?
6. How long have you lived at your current residence?
7. Can I get a reference from your landlord?
8. If there is a problem with your current residence? please explain.
9. Where do you work/what line of work?
10. How long have you worked at your current employment?
11. What are your working hours and working pattern?

Can you give me some options dates and times that you can make for viewing?
