3-6 month let (ext. possible) in private residence

The room will be furnished as seen but personal effects will be removed. I am the daughter of the owner. My father is only partially mobile and lives downstairs. He is looked after by a carer who comes four times during the day. The carer will share the kitchen to prepare meals and look after all his needs
This is a quiet house with no loud parties in a quiet street (no through traffic) in a good part of Greenford.

The tenant would be required to carry out some duties which my father can't do, eg. put out the rubbish bins once a week, bring in the mail, the food - and any other occasional deliveries.
The situation would require a warm hearted, sociable ,friendly person that could get in touch with me if required and that I could contact to arrange the food deliveries and pass on any messages.
A cleaner and gardener comes every 2 weeks.
There are no additional cost apart from the rent which is payable in advance on 1st of the month and the deposit of 300 Pounds
There is a bus stop (3minutes walk) to Ealing Broadway and another (15 minutes walk) to Ealing Hospital. A 15 minute walk to Greenford centre for shops, supermarket and post office. Greenford tube station is 20 minutes walk away.
The kitchen has gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine tumble drier, microwave and electric kettle, the tenant has his own fridge and shares a freezer compartment.
The bathroom and separate toilet are upstairs next to the room.
