- Spacious Double Room: The room is fully furnished with an ottoman double bed, tidy rail, desk, TV, side tray table, sockets with USB and USB-C, hotel-like bedside control lights, dimmer switch, and large windows with blinds. The room features a new wooden floor and comes equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, dishware, cutlery, and a kettle with mugs. If needed, a cupboard can be purchased or you can bring your own furniture.
- Private Bathroom: Your own modern, private bathroom with a toilet, sink with vanity unit, bath with a spray shower head, and a built-in wall shelf. Both the room and bathroom are upstairs, next to each other, and can be locked with a key.
- Shared Facilities: Access to a beautifully designed kitchen and garden with all the essentials. The house is well-maintained, and we expect the same from our tenant.
- Parking: Free parking is available both on the street and on the driveway.
- Transport Links: Two nearby stations are just a 8 min drive, 15 min bus journey and 25 min walk away.

Ideal Tenant:
- Preferably a female professional who eats halal or follows a vegetarian/vegan diet.
- We’re looking for someone who works outside the home and values cleanliness.
- Someone who is a heavy sleeper as our baby is only 2 months and can cry for feeds - this will only be experienced during weekends
- Considering a short-term stay initially as a trial, with the potential for a long-term agreement.
