Suitable for single person and only 3 mins away walk away from the broadway. 5-7 mins bus ride to Hanwell station ( Elizabeth line) and Greenford station ( central line) or alternatively about 15-20mins walk to either. Right next to Perivale park so it’s at the end of Greenford going towards Greenford avenue/hanwell. Open plan flat with a beautiful garden. Open to short let also, contact to arrange viewings.
