Large Room - Short term rent

I am renting my room when abroad. The room is a lot warmer and cosier than the pictures suggest. I am looking for a professional and reliable house guest.

The room will be set up well to WFH home (I will leave my set up as is).

Shared Bathroom.

Other guests are really great. This is my own home and I have lived here with my current guests for a year. They are good people, extremely courteous and considerate.

The house is peaceful and there is a nice communal living room.

As you can see form the pictures. A bit of aesthetic work is needed but doesn't take away from this room being a nice place to be. It easily fits a large king size bed with plenty of floor space remaining.

House rules
* No house guests
* No loud music
* Quiet time between 8pm and 9am
* Clean and tidy generally
* Respectable to all other residents throughout the stay
* No shoes worn around the house
* This room is not appropriate for homebodies or people who rarely leave the house (i. e. full-time WFH).
* NOT appropriate for partiers, heavy drinkers or people who return home drunk.
