I'm heading back to China for the holidays and looking to rent out my apartment to help cover my travel expenses.
[Dates]: Move in as early as January 22 evening, move out by February 9 evening.
[Rent]: £308.60 per week (inclusive of rent and bills, offered at the original cost, very budget-friendly). Bills are calculated based on my regular usage—excessive use (like an unusually high bill) won’t be covered, but minor overages are fine.

The apartment is in Northwest London, Zone 4, near Sudbury Hill Station on the Piccadilly Line, just a 3-minute walk. There’s also a nearby train station with 15-minute direct trains to Marylebone Station in central London.
Convenient access to Heathrow Airport, close to Wembley and Harrow, with frequent bus services.
Tube travel: 27 minutes to Earl’s Court, 40 minutes to Piccadilly Circus.

A modern Build-to-Rent 1B1B apartment (see floor plan attached).
Centrally heated—very warm even without heating (indoor temperature stays above 20°C).
Fully equipped with a brand-new washer-dryer, integrated kitchen, extra-large desk (170x80cm) with a monitor, 150Mbps broadband, an iron and ironing board, and all essential household items.
[Rental Terms]
Minimum rental period: 2 weeks.
