Room has large storage space (2 large wardrobes) and is also has its own small fridge for your convenience, bed and brand new mattress will be supplied also. Kitchen is just in stage of being redecorated with brand new: microwave, hoover, iron, kettle, toaster and there is also (not new :) ) air fryer, gas/ induction cooker with oven, washing machine
You would share bathroom just with one person as we have our own bathroom upstairs.

I am looking for friendly, tidy female who does respect others and the property. Reason for that is that we always had female in this room and also to keep balance in household.
2 weeks deposit and rent paid when you move in.
References will be needed and copy of bank statement proving stable income
Room will be available to view from 13th of january, can considered earlier move in ,than 31st of january
