My mum lives downstairs in her own room and is bed-bound, with carers visiting 4 times a day (up to 1 hour each, last visit 8pm). They only access her room downstairs and do not use the rest of the house.

Box room occupied by one other lodger (quiet, tidy, rarely around)
You’ll have full use of the kitchen (largely to yourself), plus washing machine and tumble dryer. There’s also a dining room and a large garden (currently a work in progress).
The house is right next to a large, quiet park—just 20 metres away, so it feels like an extension of the garden.
