Our beautiful first floor flat is newly built, decorated and furnished. It comprises 3 double bedrooms and a spacious 5m x 5m lounge dining room that open up onto a street facing balcony. The kitchen is large with all new appliances. The flat has underfloor heating, double glazing and is carpetted throughout so is very cosy. We have broadband. There is even a lift.

The flat has a very calm atmosphere and we enjoy living here very much.

As well as respecting personal space and relaxation there is a friendly vibe in the flat. This is a home where we have fun, share good times, watch films and enjoz conversation together in the large shared living room.

There is a communal garden for all 14 flats and a large bike shed. There is a good community feel amoungst the neighbours.

The double bedrooms available are furnished with a double bed and bedside unit, a floor to ceiling IKEA wardrobe with plenty of storage and a desk/vanity unit perfect for laptop work or doing your makeup!

The bathroom has a bath/shower and will be shared with one other.

The area is well served with local buses with easy access to Ealing, Hanwell and Greenford underground station. It's a 30 minute journey on the central line to Holborn (for example). Or 13 mins to Paddington on the overground from Hanwell. There is easy access to the North Circular, A40, M4, M25, M1 and Heathrow. You are able to park in the street with no parking permit.

There are plenty of varied shops in the local area. Greenford Broadway is great for food shopping and other high street amenities.
