The other 4 tenants are European. They are all pleasant busy working people, and there is a very good atmosphere in the house.

Ensuite shower room with toilet, wash hand basin and nice Mira shower.
Floors and walls of the ensuite are tiled with granite and porcelain tiles. Small mirror. Floor mats. Spot lights to ceiling, and extractor fan.
Lock on room door with own key.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is a good size, with access to a small patio garden.
There is plenty of cupboard space. There are two tall integrated fridge/freezers ( used by rooms 2 - 4, as this room has its own fridge) and a large seven hob, two oven, one grill, range cooker . There are also large deep drawers and cupboards, fairly allocated to each room, and a washing machine.

The Garden

There is a garden to the rear. It is a low maintenance patio area, with garden table and chairs, for tenants to socialise, or have a BBQ on a warm summers evening.

There is a driveway, for one small car. On street parking available, but under pressure.

Nearby - Corner shops, Simply M&S (petrol station) Old Field Circus.
Within walking distance - South Harrow with Asda, Aldi, Nandos, Costa, and Waitrose.
By car/bus - Harrow or Westway Cross Retail Park for bigger chain stores.
There is also online shopping, and a selection of pizza deliveries!

Who am I looking for?

A reliable working long term tenant, who is financially stable, and is clean, tidy and respectful, with a positive attitude.

Please note there are NO fees for creating a tenancy.

The costs before moving in are as follows:

£500 Deposit (protected with TDS)

£770 One months rent

You will also need to provide the usual documents for creating a tenancy, and a reference.

The house is fully licensed with London borough of Ealing Council.
