The Kitchen
The kitchen is a good size, with access to a small patio garden.
There is plenty of cupboard space. There are two tall integrated fridge/freezers ( used by rooms 2 - 4, as this room has its own fridge) and a large seven hob, two oven, one grill, range cooker . There are also large deep drawers and cupboards, fairly allocated to each room, and a washing machine.
The Garden
There is a garden to the rear. It is a low maintenance patio area, with garden table and chairs, for tenants to socialise, or have a BBQ on a warm summers evening.
On every floor there is the following:
An intercom system linked to main door,
Smoke alarms and a heat alarm in the kitchen,
