Extremely close to a tube station (central line, 24h station, step-free access) - only 3/4 minute walk to/from the house. Only 20 mins to Stratford Westfield or 30 minutes to Liverpool street station. There are also bus routes into other areas and easily commutable into central London (frequent night buses to and from central London).

If you enjoy the outdoors, there is a large green open space country park (see map) less than one-minute walk away with many accessible pathways and natural routes, ideal for those of you who enjoy a walk or run or getting closer to wildlife. A leisure facility and golf course is also available. Outdoor facilities include windsurfing and a sailing lake and angling. Additionally, there is also a High Ropes and Climbing facility.
