Looking for a mon-friday let but can be flexible if it needs to be the occasional weekend
Looking for someone that works away from the home as I often work from home.
There is no allocated parking but roadside parking but not always guaranteed but lots of nearby roads
Flat opposite train station that go every 30mins to central

Open to short term as first time getting a tenant.
Would need to sign a short contract
Open to adding furniture if required, can provide bedding. Brand new emma mattress, double wardrobe and underbed storage.
Only accepting 20-40 year olds
Deposit would be £300
