House is 5 mins from Hampton Rail Station and bus routes 111, R70 and 216. 5 mins walk to Little Waitrose and Sainsbury's plus parades of shops in the village. Close to River Thames and Bushy Park and 2 miles from Hampton Court Palace. Parking outside house and access to cheap off peak electricity EV charge point ( by arrangement).
Looking for a single person who is reasonably self-contained, honest and trustworthy, kind, good natured, friendly, responsible and respectful (much like myself!). Would prefer someone mature but will accept a younger person with the above attributes. Also open to someone who identifies as LGBTQ+. Open to short and longer term stays.
There is an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs shower room. Use of kitchen facilities inc. washing machine and outside rotary dryer. Use of lounge and garden by arrangement with live in landlady.
Utility bills included except council tax (currently eligible for single occupancy discount, band E). If that no longer applies, then a contribution towards Council tax will be expected.
Non-smoker and cat lover or at least someone who is ok with cats as there are 2 (Maine coons).
The room has plenty of storage, an office chair and desk surface for the occasional work from home set up. For further information, please contact the landlady.
