The bright and airy South facing room is in our family house and comprises a comfortable double bed room with own adjacent shower and WC.

There is a kitchenette with a washing machine and tumble dryer in a separate room, this is shared with one other l person who is a female civil servant , there is no shared living space.

The room itself is large and furnished with light furniture including built in wardrobes, shelving and desk plus settee micro-wave and fridge . The private shower room with WC and wash basin has a power shower.

The room is ideal for a student or someone looking for accommodation during the working week, the rent includes all bills, heating and wi-fi.

We are a five minute walk from Fulwell train station (which serves London Waterloo) and have fantastic transport links to Richmond, Kingston, Hampton Court and Heathrow Airport. St Marys University and the NPL are within walking distance .

Hampton Hill high street and Bushy Park are a five minute walk away, where there are good local shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

We are a family of 4 with 1 small but friendly dog and we let one other room to a lady who is a civil servant .
