It is a lovely house , with 4 bedrooms , one bathroom , kitchen and garden.
In the house live one married couple aged between 50-56 ; one single female age 55 ; and a boy aged 35
We are all professionals, we are working Monday- Friday, so during the week everyone is at work , in weekend we like to spend time out or relaxing in the garden.
2 persons are smoking ,but smoking in the house is not allowed, we go outside in the garden , there is a terrace with chairs for smokers.
We do have a nice and friendly cat too.
We are very quiet and respectful people .
There is one parking space available on the driveway.
The train station (Harold Wood Station ) is 10 min away by bus , and bus station is 2 min walk from the house.
