The kitchen will be commonly shared, along with the dining area and garden. We would like the house to have a friendly, comfortable and homely atmosphere rather than feeling like a typical shared rental property.

There is a bus stop approximately 3 minutes’ walk from the house, and Harold Wood station provides Elizabeth line connections into London.

We expect to move into the property subject to completion ,around November and are currently looking for people who may be interested from around that time.
