Double bedroom available - Looking for a lodger

Hi! My partner and I are looking for a lodger for this next year. It’s the two of us plus our dog, Snowy 🐾. The apartment is a maisonette with direct access to the garden 🌳 and a front entrance 🚙—perfect if you’re looking for plenty of space. We are looking for someone responsible and calm who feels comfortable living with a fluffy German Shepherd.

🛏️ The room is 10.5 m² with a window facing the garden. It comes fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, and TV stand.

🛁🛋️🍳🌳 Common areas: bathroom, living room, kitchen, and garden. The kitchen has two fridges (one just for you), a washing machine, stove, oven, and other appliances. The garden is private and huge; there’s space to store bicycles or other items.

🏘️ Area: We’re in a residential area near the local primary school and Harold Wood Park, with access to the Woodlands—great for walks or bike rides.
Council tax Band B.

🚄 Transport links: We’re on the Elizabeth Line route, a 12-minute walk from Harold Wood station. We’re also close to the Overground (Emerson Park Station – 11 mins by bike) and the District Line (Upminster Station – 15 mins by bike).
