There is a nice garden in the back and a driveway for 2 cars. Parking on the street is also free.

Flexible contract: no min and no max term, you can stay as long as you're happy.

All bills included, except gas and electricity. The cost is equally shared between the housemates once every month, which is around £30-60 per person per month.
