Cleaning rota would be shared by housemates taking it in turns every weekend. No noise after 10pm please as housemates need to sleep! You'll need to provide references in the form of a letter from your Employer stating you are employed (Contract of Employment), Driving license ID, Passport ID, Visa ID, Covid Passport, 3 months payslips, bank statements, previous landlord reference & 1 Months Deposit. One month’s Rent upfront. If Student then proof of Student Card ID, letter from University stating name of course, length of course, Uni details and I would like long term stability so minimum lodger agreement is 3mths, 6mths or 12mths.
Photographic inventory of the property has been taken. Deposits will be held in a Bank Account. Please note a Lodger Agreement will be provided and deposits do not need to be held in a deposit scheme as it’s not an ATS Contract. Security Deposit will be returned 21-28 days after check out.
