I'm looking for Non Smokers who is house proud, super clean would be brilliant, tidy, reliable, respectful, honest and trustworthy. A tidy home is a happy home. No parties, no drinking no drugs
or smoking in the house. This property is suitable for a mature student or professional let (single occupancy NO Couples).
Cleaning rota would be shared by housemates taking it in turns every weekend. No noise after 10pm please as housemates need to sleep! You'll need to provide references in the form of a letter from your Employer stating you are employed (Contract of Employment), Driving license ID, Passport ID, Visa ID, Covid Passport, 3 months payslips, bank statements, previous landlord reference & 1 Months Deposit. One month’s Rent upfront. If Student then proof of Student Card ID, letter from University stating name of course, length of course, Uni details and I would like long term stability so minimum lodger agreement is 3mths, 6mths or 12mths.

Photographic inventory of the property has been taken. Deposits will be held in a Bank Account. Please note a Lodger Agreement will be provided and deposits do not need to be held in a deposit scheme as it’s not an ATS Contract. Security Deposit will be returned 21-28 days after check out. Once notice is given to vacate the room will be shown to potential lodgers asap. The Landlady has a right to show the room. Holding Deposits are non-refundable if you decide not to take the room.
