I just wanted to reach out to let you know we have a lovely room available for rent in HA2 9AJ.
*About Us*
We are a family of three. My wife and I are both working professionals, and our 3-year-old son attends nursery five days a week.
*Room*
The room includes a double bed, a large mirror, three chest of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe. Additionally, there are four storage drawers under the bed, so storage will not be an issue. The room receives plenty of natural sunlight when the weather is clear.
*Bathroom*
The house has two bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs. With previous tenants, we allocated the downstairs bathroom for their private use to avoid the morning rush. We only use the downstairs toilet, and if we have guests, they may use it as well, but we always ensure it is cleaned afterwards. There is ample storage space in the bathroom.
*Kitchen*
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cutlery, plates, pots, and pans you might need, so there’s no need to bring your own. We simply ask that anything used is washed and put back afterwards.
*Shops*
There are plenty of shops within a five-minute walk, ranging from Lidl to TK Maxx. You’ll find everything you need close by.
*Transport*
Travel into central London (King’s Cross Station) takes around 45 minutes. The most efficient route is to take a 10-minute bus ride to Harrow-on-the-Hill station and then take the Metropolitan line. Note that during morning and evening rush hours, the Metropolitan line operates a fast service, which shortens the journey time. Outside of peak hours, the journey may take longer—Google Maps does not always reflect this.
*Additional Details*
The room is for single occupancy only. You will be the sole tenant, so the house remains quiet and never feels crowded.
*Rules*
Please clean up after yourself.
No outdoor shoes are to be worn inside the house.
There are no restrictions on when you come and go—you will have your own front door key.
No guests, please.
