Description
We are a Married couple with 3 children all under 5 years old, and would prefer a female tenant living with us, who is child friendly and respectful of one's home.
The house was refurbished in 2024 (except kitchen) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, 2 living rooms, kitchen, and 2 entrances to the garden; everything is relatively new.
The spare room is downstairs, has a king size bed with Emma mattress and underneath storage, chest of drawers, hanging rack, side table, TV with guest access to Netflix and Amazon Prime, a separate entrance to the front door, and 1 gig broadband.
The room is right next to the downstairs bathroom that has a shower and toilet.
If the tenant prefers privacy we are happy to accommodate, and the living room spaces are shared, including kitchen.
All bills including utilities, TV licence, council tax, broadband and house amenities e. g. toilet paper, cleaning products etc are all factored into the price.
It's a 15 minute walk to Harrow Wealdstone station, which has a fast train to Euston station; there is easy access to buses that go directly to the city centre, supermarkets etc
Smokers are more than welcome to rent the room but can't smoke in the house.
