Extra Large neat, and bright Double (twin room) with almost exclusive use of the luxurious bathroom: own bathroom option also available, garden and park views and Single room available in a quiet house and sought after quiet/sought after area of Harrow in Kenton. There is video entry phone and there are 2 bathroom suites. Very close to bus stops and stations. Fast access to centre of London.
The house is exceptionally clean and tidy and I want it kept that way by users. Not suitable for WFH. So, will only suit, quiet, very clean considerate/responsible FULL-TIME STUDENTS OR FULL-TIME WORKING DAY SHIFT (NOT NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS) professional graduate/postgraduate; English speaking individuals. I only correspond with the prospective tenant NO third parties. NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND THE PROPERTY. STRICTLY NO FREE LUGGAGE STORING FACILITIES pre-check in or check-out.
I have installed 2 new very expensive luxury fitted bathrooms with powershower/mega flow. The bathroom is only shared with 1 person sometimes, as there are 2 bathrooms and toilets/showers in the house. Needless to say, the bathrooms/toilets should be kept very clean after each use as the rest of the place they use in the very clean state they find them in. Occupants (just one other) take turns each week in cleaning the communal areas, including the washing of the bathroom and toilet rugs. Using each individuals own cleaning materials and liquids and so forth. Private bathroom option available for a small extra charge.
Small house rule: People with trolley bags with wheels, please ensure you carry the bags upstairs as the room is upstairs, not wheeled on the brand new white expensive carpets leaving large stains.
There are many fast tube/rail stations close by. They are all about 10-15 minutes walk from the residence. There is a bus stop at the end of the road, which will take you to all the stations in about 5 minutes. Fibre Optic Superfast Infinity Broadband/fastest Wifi in the UK, covering the whole property, including the garden is included. There are fast and easy travel links to Central London from the property.
There is full central heating and double glazing at the property. The double room has park views, as the park is in front of the room after my large garden.
There is use of kitchen facilities. Please bring your own utensils, plates, mugs, cutlery, washing up liquid and so forth for your own use.
There is a shopping centre, including Tesco at the end of the road, which is only 2 minutes walk away, several restaurants, takeaways.
Rent is paid 4 weeks in advance and 4 weeks damage deposit is paid in advance. Ample free Parking is available in front of the property and all around its vicinity.
Single and double rooms ARE AVAILABLE FOR 5, 3, 4 DAYS A WEEK or weekends.
The rent shown above is for sole occupancy for the double and single room and for > 3 months. For < or equal to 3 months for the single and double rooms; the rate is slightly higher.
