Looking for a clean and tidy non smoking 🚭 female for a flatshare. It's a fairly new build apartment. Short term lets considered.

Location: Harrow on the Hill. Ground floor flat, located very close to many underground station & bus stops (within 0-5 mins walk). Closest tube station is Harrow On the Hill. Within 30 mins commute to Kings Cross, Oxford circus etc. Great Amenities - plenty of shops, restaurants, parks, NHS surgery and hospitals, dentists, library around.

Available: One beautiful double bedroom with good storage (under bed, built in cupboard and storage in the bathroom). Bathroom & kitchen will be shared with me. Would either suit a busy student or professional. Secure gated building has Concierge, CCTVs, gym inside building, communal garden with beautiful landscape etc. Rent is £850 per month (plus bills varies approximately £150 - £190) and deposit is £850. No late night loud parties and barbecues allowed. There is no living room as I use it. Kitchen and living room is open plan so you should be comfortable using the kitchen in my presence (in living room). The double room is big with a communal garden view from the fully glazed window to the entrance/courtyard with seating. There are many cafes around to catch up with your guests/friends. Harrow council currently provides 1 hour free on street parking.
