If you lose the keys, we will get the locks replaced and we charge you as per actuals.

Someone who is a full time student, or has a full/part-time job is preferred. We would need two references and a valid ID.

I will organize viewings to find a suitable resident.
It is important for me to meet you in person. I would NOT be doing online viewings, nor will I take any holding deposit till I have met you in person. It is essential that we speak on phone first before I book a viewing.

Legal and Money: I ONLY take bank transfers, and you must have a right to rent in the UK. Despite your own door and choice of privacy, It is part of the house and hence available for lodgers ONLY. We can't issue an AST. If you don't have a steady income from a job, you will have to pay the rent for the entire period of contract in advance.
