The room comes fully furnished with a brand-new small double bed, new mattress, and wardrobe, plus your own private bathroom.

We are looking for a quiet, clean, working professional (female) who values privacy and a calm environment. The kitchen is available for making tea/coffee and using the microwave to warm up food (no cooking), as we like to keep the flat fresh and peaceful.

You will be sharing the home only with myself and my mum – it’s a respectful, clean, and welcoming place where you can feel completely secure.
