Looking for a flatmate for lovely 2-bed flat

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my current one is moving out. We have been living in this flat for a year now and I’m really happy with this flat and the area. Move in date is 24 September but you can move in a bit earlier.
The flat is located near Harrow on the Hill station and has a concierge 7 days a week.
Things are mostly quiet around the flat, definitely not the place for constant parties! I’m looking for someone that is clean and tidy.

The flat is bright with quiet neighbours in a secure building with a lift and double glazed windows. Most people living here are families, couples and masters/phd students.
It has a good sized kitchen with a big fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. There’s plenty of pantry space and extra space for any appliances you may want to bring.
The bathroom has a shower and a big bathtub and the water gets as hot as you want! There’s plenty of storage space in there as well.
The room itself comes with a comfy bed, a wardrobe and two bedside tables which can be stacked and used as storage.
There is a fairly big storage room as seen in the photos, as well as a utilities room with a washing/drying machine. Lastly, there’s a medium sized balcony, under floor heating and an air filtering system.

Monthly bills per person:
£100 council tax
£37 electricity
£20 wifi - highest speed package
£20-50 heating (hot water + heating) depending on time of year
Every 6 months £100-150 water

A little bit about the area:
The area is quite central with fast connections to central London, which is very convenient and I find it’s fairly quiet. There are 3 big supermarkets (Lidl, Tesco, Morrisons), a Tesco Express and B&M within a few minutes walk. There are multiple pharmacies, off license stores, an east & south asian supermarket, polish/romanian/turkish/greek/iranian etc markets and pubs. There’s also a mall with lots of shops, fast food places, cinema & arcade. There are multiple gyms nearby as well, some with swimming pools and lots of charity shops. There’s also multiple mosques and churches nearby. From my experience people are very friendly and kind which is a huge difference from other places I’ve lived around in London!

- 10 mins to Harrow & Wealdstone (Bakerloo, Lioness, Southern train, West Midlands Railway)
