Double Room - Harrow on the Hill

One double room available to a professional/mature student. The flat is located at the top of London road, just off Harrow on the Hill high street and close to Harrow school.

It's a really nice flat in a quiet, well maintained block about a 12 minute walk from South Harrow tube station and 15 minute walk to Harrow on the Hill station. Busses stop frequently at two bus stops within a minute's walk of the flat, with a 5 minute ride to either station.

£930/month inclusive of all bills, including water, heating, gas, super fast broadband, council tax, etc. A reasonable additional charge can be discussed if you're working from home. One month's deposit required at the start of the contract. Single occupancy only (although there’s no issue with a guest every now and then). The bedroom available is the one with the brown cupboard doors in the picture. It includes a double bed with mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and cupboard. There’s a good amount of space to add a desk and chair. There isn't a dedicated parking space but there's plenty of parking close by, with the visitors bay often available.

The flat has been modernised recently and has a new bathroom suite, dining table and chairs, piano, tv and sofas. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas hob, combi boiler, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There’s also a balcony.

Ideally I'd be looking for a clean and tidy non-smoker. I work with schools so I'm normally out early, and in bed fairly early too! Small pets like rabbits/budgies/fish are fine but I’m not allowed to keep dogs in the block.
