Willing to use own core cooking utensils such as own pots/pans and cutlery, but all other items shared i. e air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooker.

Looking for housemate, no reference required but will be assessed for longer term rents. Short term rent avaliable to discuss options.

Viewing is avaliable. To secure the room we will confirm with payment of the deposit. 1st months rent is due near the start of your tenancy.
