Double room in spacious flat

This is a spacious two bedroomed flat, overlooking the park and with private access to the park. There is a large, open plan living room/kitchen and two bathrooms. As I have an en-suite, you more or less have sole use of the main bathroom other than when we have guests. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk.
I can remove other if requested. You're free to rearrange the layout. There is a good sized balcony with table and chairs, with access from the living room and your bedroom.

I'm looking for a friendly, housemate who appreciates a clean home. I will respect your space but also happy to have a chat and the occasional dinner together.

All bills included in the monthly rent.
