2x rooms to rent in a fantastic new build house

We have 2 rooms available to rent in our friendly house share. We are 2 professional housemates who’ve lived in the house for a year. Our fellow housemates are moving on so we looking for some new people to join us!

The house: it’s a new build 4-bedroom house spread across 3 floors with a driveway and a garden. Large open-plan kitchen complete with multiple appliances - microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, etc. Excellent cupboard space in the front hall along with a large downstairs toilet and a utility cupboard with a washing machine and lots of space in there too. There’s a large living room with a balcony, and a large communal bathroom with a shower and bath - you would be sharing with only 2 others, as one of the rooms in the house is an en suite.

Excellent transport links with local buses, High Barnet underground station (Northern Line) a 10-min walk away and New Barnet national rail station not too far either. High Barnet high street is nearby with shops/cafes and post office etc. There’s also a co-op and a parade of shops a couple of minutes walk away too.

Current housemates: We are a male and a female, both professionals. We occupy row of the rooms in the house. One of us works a 9-5 and the other does shift work - 5 days at a time with 3/4 days off - so sometimes around a lot, sometimes not so much. We are both sociable and friendly :)

We split the bills between us and it normally works out about £120 each.

Room 1: A large double room on the top floor of the house. Has a big window and Juliet balcony. Comes with a wardrobe and bed. The room has another room/large space coming off of it so it could be like having your own living room!

Room 2: A double bedroom door on the first floor of the house. Nice bright room with a Juliet balcony. Unfurnished
