I am an Indian mum with a grown up daughter (22 years old) and I have a single room in my house to rent in Elm Park. £550pw and £200 deposit. The room has a large wardrobe, bedside drawers and large bookcase. New bed and mattress.
My house has been recently refurbished to a high standard with new shower room and kitchen and all rooms have been decorated. Very quiet.
I am looking for a full-time MUST be working professional MALE preferred aged above 25 who is clean and tidy and respectable. Can wfh 2 days a week. No students. Does not cook much.
All bills are included and I have a washing machine and fast broadband. Tumble Dryer is £5 for 75 mins.
I am a 5 minute walk to Elm Park Tube Station. Tesco Express and Sainsbury's Local near to station, close to Romford Shopping Centre and Queens Hospital.
