Also we regularly walk to the Gidea Park station (approx 15 minutes) for the commute to Stratford, White Chapel and Central London.

Rent per month includes all bills and would be £650 for single person and £850 for a couple. We will swap the single bed with a double bedframe and mattress if a couple takes the room.

We have another budget-friendly small double room available to rent to a single person at £550 inclusive of all bills.
