Only the double is available from 30 August 2026 £795 for a single person and £895 for a couple.

We also have a room share with a 26 year guy he usually works nights 2 single beds can be provided.£430 each available immediately.

BILLs
Electric and Gas bills will be shared each month depending on collective usage. £40 of credit is included with your bill. So far we have stayed within that credit.
Councils tax is included.

WHO ELSE LIVES HERE
The other house mates are all young working professionals. We have a good mix of young males and females They are all very friendly/polite and the house feels like a family home. There's is a large garden and a drive the house is newly renovated with new bathrooms and a high spec finish.

LOCATION
5 stops from Osterley Station and 10 minute walk to lampton Park and Hounslow West Station. The bus stop is right outside the house with restaurants shops cafes, a pharmacist all less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
