WHAT I REQUIRE
To help me respond effectively please tell me which room you are interested in? How many people and what your work status and preferred move in date is. I do not take a deposit instead require the first & last month's rent upfront.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE
This is a well organised and spacious house. Warm and inviting. The property was fully renovated last year and the loft was built 2 years ago. New heating system new mattresses and new windows bathroom and flooring.

You will benefit from a caring and attentive landlord where repairs and maintenance are treated as a priority. Gardening & window cleaning are done periodically.
You will also be invited to an annual Christmas dinner/ party courtesy of your landlord.

SINGLE ROOM £580 plus £40 for bills
We have one single room available with a single wardrobe shelves and under bed storage with a large shared bathroom / shared between 2 other rooms.

LARGE LOFT ROOM £1075 (single person) I'm ideally looking for a single person. I may consider 2. The loft is self contained- which includes a washing machine/ sink/ microwave/ fridge & freezer. It has a built in wardrobe and draws with eave storage and ensuite. If has a New York vibe and was designed with your every comfort in mind.

DOUBLE ROOM £880 -990
We have a spacious double bedroom on the ground floor. It includes 2 large wardrobes and a large desk with an option of a double and/or a single bed. I would prefer a single occupancy but will consider a double occupancy. The bathroom is shared with one other room.

One Bedroom Flat.
I also have a one Bedroom flat available please enquire if interested.

BILLs
Electric and Gas bills will be shared each month depending on collective usage.
Councils tax is included.

WHO ELSE LIVES HERE
The other house mates are all young working professionals. We have a good mix of young males and females They are all very friendly/polite and the house feels like a family home. There's is a large garden and a drive the house is newly renovated with new bathrooms and a high spec finish.

LOCATION
5 stops from Osterley Station and 10 minute walk to lampton Park and Hounslow West Station. The bus stop is right outside the house with restaurants shops cafes, a pharmacist all less than 10 minutes walk from the house.
