No pets. Strictly single occupancy. Overnight Stay Guest policy limited to 3 nights per week, limited to 1 guest.

Licensed house share with appropriate fire alarms and fire doors in each room, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers and CCTV security cameras.

Full Reference Checks would be made (at no cost to the tenant) including checks for Permission to Stay in UK, Credit, Employment and ID checks.

Rent includes Communal Cleaner who cleans bathroom, kitchen and all communal areas once per week
