Description
**Female Room Available – Family Home**
We are a family of four — a couple with two teenage daughters — and we are looking for a **female housemate** to share our home.
The room is on the **ground floor near the entrance**, giving you plenty of privacy. The bathroom/WC is right next to the room, and the kitchen is also nearby, so it is very convenient and feels like your own private space within the family home.
We are looking for someone **clean, respectful and family-friendly** who would enjoy living in a peaceful home.
**Please note:**
• Female only
• No couples
• No visitors allowed
• Family-friendly and quiet home
Please contact me if you are interested and would like to arrange a viewing.
