• Electricity, gas, water, high speed BT infinity broadband and council tax are all included in the rent. On street parking is free and easily available with this room..
• One communal living room, one communal dining room, and one large kitchen with 2, four gas burners, 2 ovens, 2 microwave ovens, 2 sink drainers, 2 washer/dryers and one American style fridge freezer.
• Weekly cleaning service of the communal areas provided as part of the rent. The cleaner disposes off the garbage and there is no rubbish disposal rota or cleaning rota to be followed by the tenants.
• No couples. No pets..
• The rooms are available only to carefully vetted out working professionals on single occupancy.
• Commercial grade heating system available in the house consisting of a boiler, 2 unvented hot water cylinders, pressure pump and a 1250 litres cold storage tank.
