Ground floor. Built on a private land and gated. Exactly location is Bath road between Hounslow West and Hounslow Central. Perfect for someone who commutes by tube to work. Bus stops outside the property to Heathrow, Slough, Uxbridge, Southall, Hayes and Hammersmith.

About me:
I am calm, friendly, organised and peaceful. I have always kept my flat immaculate and I would very much like to welcome someone with similar lifestyle. After all this would be your home too and I would like to keep everything fair and straightforward.

Rent is excluding electric.

Shared facilities:
Bathroom and kitchen ( washer & dryer + fridge & freezer, cooking hobs, oven & griller and built in microwave).

Personal preference:
Prefer someone who is adaptable and responsible. NO UC or PIP.
