Spacious double size room for single occupancy

Very spacious furnished room available in a clean, welcoming two-bedroom ground floor flat.
The room includes a small double bed and quality furniture and is available for single occupancy only.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom and WC with me, so I am looking for a female lodger only.
The flat is in a beautiful, safe residential area with excellent transport links:
West Ruislip Station (Central line) – 8-minute walk
Ickenham Station (Piccadilly & Metropolitan lines) – 13-minute walk

I am an easygoing professional who works from home 3 days a week. I keep my home clean, calm and respectful, and I am looking for a like-minded person.

P. S. Just to be completely transparent, the flat is near the rail line. It has double-glazed windows, and the noise has never bothered me, but if you are a particularly light sleeper, it's something to bear in mind.
