I am looking for females' housemates.
No couples.
The rooms are on the 1st floor.
The bathroom will only be shared between yourself and other female housemates.
We have a separate bath and toilet room downstairs
It is a family home and ideal for a person working from home.
You will have your own spacious shelf in the kitchen and in the fridge and freezer.
You are more than welcome to use the plates, spoons, forks, cups, glasses, and pan in the kitchen but leave them clean after use.
We have a washing machine.
Strictly no visitors allowed as this is a family home
Rent includes all bills and access to the internet.
I am looking for housemates who are:
Non-smokers
Keep the room clean and tidy
Respect privacy of other housemates
Trustworthy
Follow house rules
We are very close to public transport, shops, post office and to the Ilford Exchange shopping Centre
PUBLIC TRANSPORT LINKS:
Our home is 10-15 minutes away from town Centre and Ilford train Station
Only 8 minutes to Stratford by train
Access to Barking Station. and Gnats Hill station by Bus.
Bus stop is just at the end of our road 1-2 (bus numbers EL1, EL2 & 169 going to Ilford Station and Barking station where you can take Elizabeth Line
Elizabeth Line train takes 8 minutes to Stratford Station, where you can either take Central Line that goes to main stations such as Oxford Circus, Marble Arch. You can also take Docklands railway in Stratford Station and Jubilee line that goes to The O2, Canary Wharf. It only takes 16 minutes to Liverpool Street Station. It is only 10 minutes to Romford.
HOSPITALS:
Local hospitals are King George, Whipps, and Queen's.
