2 bedroon loft flat above family home

This is a family home but you will be staying on the 3rd floor loft extension. We are looking for non smoker non drinker.

loft extension with separate large kitchen and large bathroom, all bills are inclusive and wifi is avaible free of charge.

There are 2 rooms 1 is a double size and 1 is single but still can fit a double bed.

Ideally we are looking for both rooms to be taken by people who know eachother and are comfortable to live together using same bathroom and kitchen.

> 10 minute walk to ilford station
> 10 minutes walk to gantshill for central line.
> 364 bus stops directly outside the street which goes to ilford station and ilford high road.
> 5 minutes walk to ilford high road and ilford exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: we are doing maintance work as previous tenants have moved out we will purchase new beds but you will need to purchase washing machine.
