I have 1 Double sized Bedroom in the Loft area fully refurbished with New Double Bed and wardrobes.,
This. Floor area has its own Kitchen
area.
The Bathroom/shower room. Will have to be shared with next door room mate Female Profession Lady.
New appliances will be provided in the Kitchen area. Ie Fridge freezer,

This property is located off Ilford Lane,
Which has All the shops and All local Stores which are at walking distance from this property..

The Bottom of property is occupied by very nice friendly Family
