I'm looking for a flatmate who'd enjoy sharing a home rather than just renting a room.

A little about me: I'm an easy-going, sociable professional who enjoys a chat after work, sharing the occasional meal, and having someone around to make the flat feel like a home. This isn't one of those places where everyone hides in their room (unless that's your thing sometimes too!). For me, it's as much about good company as it is about renting out the room.

* Around 5 minutes' walk to the Elizabeth line, making commuting into Central London incredibly easy

I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with a calm, respectful home environment.

Ideally someone who:

* Is clean, considerate and easy to live with.
* Enjoys the occasional conversation over tea or dinner.
* Respects each other's space but doesn't mind saying "How was your day?"
* Is looking for a home rather than just four walls.

Professionals and postgraduate students are both welcome.
