We have a furnished DOUBLE ROOM available for a female or two female shares from February 2026.

We have big double room where two female friends can share or a couple without baby can stay. There are two bathrooms in the property. Student friendly.

Everyone is a working professionals and 1 female student.

Please contact us for viewing. All bills included, gas electric, wifi, council tax. Landlord and landlady lives in the property in the room downstairs.

Great transport links. 8 minutes walk to ilford station and 12 minute walk to barking station. By bus it takes only few minutes to either ilford and barking station.

Parking can be arranged charges apply.

This house is suitable for people who are working professionals or students (preferred).
