The room is a good size and comes with a comfortable double bed, plenty of storage space, and a desk. The private bathroom is modern and clean.

The flat is located in a vibrant area close to all amenities, including shops, bars, restaurants, and public transport. It's also just a short walk from ilford station (elizabeth line)

I'm looking for a clean and tidy flatmate who is respectful of others' privacy. I am looking for someone to replace me as i will be going outside UK for some time ( a week). You will be staying with a nice and kind guy who works in IT in swis company. He is easy going and likes socialising and share meals and drinks.

Rent is £200 per week, bills included.
