It is a quiet house where everyone works, with the other occupants mainly in their 30's and 40's.

The large room is situated on the Ground floor at the front of the house and contains a Sofa, Double Bed, a Wardrobe a Chest of Drawers and a Bedside table. There is also an Office Desk for working from home.

The single room is situated on the first floor at the rear of the house and contains a single bed, wardrobe and a desk for working at home. There is also an integrated cupboard providing additional shelved storage space.
