Double room available close to high road and ilford station. All bills included. Cleaner will be available to clean common space. I am the current tenant who is moving away from london and therefore have to replace myself. I have lived here for more than a year now. The house also has an outhouse where you can store all your bags. The house has a bunch of very friendly professionals and it would ideally suit a professional who can provide reference.
