Room Share in 2-Bed Ilford (IG1)

I'll be moving out of a 2-bed flat in a gated community apartment complex in Ilford High Street. The flat also has 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a balcony. Currently four people(including me) are staying with 2 people sharing a room. You would be sharing one bed room and one bathroom with another person.

Monthly rolling contract can be arranged with one month notice period. Professionals preferred but open to students also.

Bills are 80 per month per person approx.
