I have a DOUBLE bedroom available near Little Ilford Lane. The house has a missive garden, dining and drawing room, you can enjoy watching TV from the sofa and spend good time.
Location: Hunter Road, IG1 2NN(the house situated in an excellent location. You would see once you google the post code. It’s just a literary 10 minute walk from Ilford Lane and 12 mins to Barking station . Around, 2 mins walk to bus station (24Hr).
Rent: £850 (Monthly) – all bills included (RENT NOT NEGOTIABLE), 1 month deposit (refundable when you move out)

Local Amenities: Halal Bengali shops 2 minutes away, Tesco and Lidl are in 10 mins walking distance.
Current Housemates: All Bengali Brothers and most of them are working professionals such as NHS worker, PhD student and so on. Since all are from Bangladesh, they stay like a family, and all are very friendly and polite.

Preferred Housemate: male preferred. Students are most welcome since we have a nice atmosphere for study. New member should keep the house tidy and maintain a good relationship with others and need to be friendly. That’s all we are expecting.
