About Us: We are 6 people in the house, all are calm going & working professionals and now we are looking for one for a three sharing bed room which is furnished and the bed, medium sized wardrobe will be provided. The house is located in Ilford Lane which is between Barking Station - Ilford Station as far as travelling is concerned.
Basic Amenities: Wifi, Parking, Threadmil, Washing machine etc...
Travel: 10 minutes walk to Barking Station and 15 minutes walk to Ilford station and 24*7 bus facility and 1 minute walk to the bus stop.
Cooking - Runs with Gas!
Bills: £70 per month for an individual. These bills are excluded from the rent (£330) for one person and these bills includes; Wifi, Electricity, Water, Gas, Kitchen necessaries, Washing Liquid (maintenance) and Council Tax.
Notice period: 30 given and can be taken, Shortlets are also allowed.
